Best Low Fodmap Salsa
This salsa is unbelievably delicious! Canned tomatoes make the difference here. Not only do they improve the taste over fresh tomatoes, but they make the recipe so easy!

- 1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 med green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeƱo, minced (optional)
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (see note)
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp lime juice, to taste
- black pepper
Feel free to remove some of the liquid if you like the salsa more chunky in texture.
If you are not a fan of cilantro, use parsley instead.
